Help! Does anyone know what the movie is at 3:27?

Could be Spawn (1997). The clown is played by John Leguizamo if memory serves me right.

*edit* time on the video was messing with me before, it showed the Spawn clip at the beginning of 3:27. The movie in question is indeed Renegade, starring Terence Hill.

The clown at 3:27 is from Spawn. If you want the movie that starts immediately after that, I don't know.
