So, yeah, my mom's going to go on vacation with her new boyfriend soon, so that means I'll be home alone. There's only so much TV you can watch and books you can read before you start going batty. Being in a new town, I've got no friends here, and most of my relatives are usually busy during the week. Get this feeling it's gonna suuuuck.
I don't know, I'm happy for my mom, her new BF seems decent and all, but it's hard to feel happy for someone else's romantic good fortune when you yourself have none, you know?
On the job front, turned in over three dozen applications to various stores, restaurants, even some fast food places and, aside from a few interviews, nothing yet. I don't know, just feeling a bit lonely and sad, and worrying a bit about the future. Dunno what will happen on my next court date. Anyway, just thought I'd come on here and post a bit. I'll be dropping by the library here and there to check up on various online job sites I've got my info at. Some bright news, I did have an interview at a local hotel that went pretty good, so I'm really HOPING that'll lead to something.
