3 Months max. I got caught drinking....I wasnt supposed to. Ill likey get a month. dammit. I was sitting on a porch. A cop walked up. I was drunk. Im going to jail once he tells my PO Monday. :bluesad: Dammit.
Jail dont scare me. losing my home scares me. How I can take care of my family scares me.
I AM going to jail. No doubt on that.
I just wanna say I love you all...and Ill see you in the funny papers.
Hell.
You're a good guy, RCMerchant, and you've got our support. Keep your head up and on straight, then get back to us safe and sound.
Sorry to hear that. Stay strong and we'll all be here for you.
Well-still free! I figured my PO would have issued a warrent, and have me picked up. Hasnt happened yet...I'll just hold my breath....
Here it is Friday....no cop came and picked me up....which means my PO didnt issue a warrent. I didnt even get a phone call or letter. I dont have to see my PO untill the 20th of October.
I think I just dodged a bullet!
And It was enuff to scare me sober for a long time!

For that, I will crack open an ice-cold bottle of Coke on your not going you-know-where. :drink:
Strange: you hardly see Coke in actual bottles here anymore but I found one this morning. I think I know why I found it so I could say cheers, RC. *raises Coke to screen*

Man is that lucky. I hope you don't mind me asking but you can get arrested for drinking, even when in your own home/on the porch? I imagine that's got something to do with previous events, but I must admit I've never heard of somebody being banned from using a legal substance before...
In any case I hope the luck continues! We all want to keep you around here for a while yet!

A friend brought me several genuine Mexican produced Cokes the other day. They are in the traditional bottles and are made with sugar rather than corn syrup. Delicious!
Ron, I'll also crack one open in honor of your continued liberty.
Even though it might be more appropriate to get an RC Cola!
Bela Latest Viewing: I watched about half of INTERNATIONAL HOUSE last night before falling asleep. I had heard of it but never seen it. It's an all-star (if you consider Franklin Pangborn a star!) comedy with WC Fields and George Burns - and Bela playing a comedy role as a stuffy Russian. He even does some slapstick when he trips over a camera stand and sends everything flying! Cab Calloway sings 'Reefer Man'.

It would be one of the terms of his probation. Quite common here in Canada, and I would assume the same is true where RC lives.

Indeed. I can't even walk into a bar for any reason!
Thing is...the cop dint give me a breath alyzer test...and even though they have p**s tests for alchohol that can detect it even after 80 hours...I'm in the clear now. No proof-no jail.

Jesus, RC! That's a pretty lucky break! :buggedout:
