I was in the NY city toys r us and was browsing the pirates of the Caribbean sword collection for a possible gift for my son. A mentally challenged kid then yanked one out of my hand and challenged me to a sword fight.
He was really getting on my nerves following me around jabbing me with it. However i realized how awful it would look if i took action. Eventually his caretaker caught up with him.
It would have been a lot more interesting if he'd gone on a rampage in Toys R Us with a real lightsaber.

Seriously, though, I love Portland. Fresh air, lots of gardens and park, plenty of culture, tremendous micro-breweries, relatively low violent crime rates. It's surprising.
I live 35 miles away from Portland, I love it here. Especially the dreary weather. Fog is fun!

The best part of this story is that, apparently, no one was serious hurt in the incident.
The second best part is the comments made by the people reading this story. ROTFL!

68+inches per year average for the town I live in, and add that to the 83+inches of snow we get
Currently the man has been sentenced to death in the pit of Scarlac where we will be slowly digested for over a period of thousand of years.
