I recall that in 1980, there were no less than three attempts on his life. Upset by this, he called in his chief of the armed forces, General Peter Walls and took him to task over this, saying: "General Walls, why are your people trying to kill me?" General Walls replied: "Sir, if my people were trying to kill you, you'd be dead already." :buggedout: :buggedout:
Good riddance to that piece of scum! He let hundreds of thousands of his own people starve to death rather than admit there was a famine and that they could use a little humanitarian aid.
As we say in Texas, hell ain't hot enough for folks like that!

What always gets me about Mugabe is that extreme Hitler mustache. Dictators have a strange fashion sense. One need only look at Kim Jong Il to see that.
Is it just me, or did Kim Jong Il seem like if you peeled away his skin you would see circuitry?
Yes, I had read that Il was ill.

I was watching the report about his death on the news when one of my little nieces came in the room and asked me who "that man" was. I told ehr he was a bad guy. She asked "How bad?" I told her "very bad." "Oh" she said, " Did he say the F word?"
It was really funny but it was also one of those times when the innocence of kids can make you feel better.
Lets celebrate his death with a cracked article!

Watching North Korea is like watching children trying to run a country.

It's probably most appropriate to remember him around here for producing a bad giant monster movie:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uwjzeO8gG8I
Lil' Kim had kidnapped South Korean director Shin Sang-ok and forced him to make the movie. The monster was played by Kenpachiro Satsuma, who played Godzilla all during the 70's, 80's, and 90's. Satsuma has said he thought it was at least better than the Emmerick's American GODZILLA (1998).
Kim also made Shin remarry his ex-wife actress Choi Eun-hee, whom Kim had also had kidnapped.
The couple eventually escaped to the U.S. Kim told everybody who would listen Pres. Reagan had kidnapped them from North Korea.
