Santa Claus (1959) and Santa Claus Conquers the Martians are definitely ones I would suggest.  There are quite a few more, some of which are slashers.

A killer Santa:
Silent Night Deadly Night

(and four sequels)

Another killer Santa:
Christmas Evil
http://www.badmovies.org/othermovies/christmasevil/

A killer snowman:
Jack Frost (1996)
http://www.badmovies.org/movies/jackfrost/

Drew Barrymore:
Babes in Toyland (1986)
http://www.badmovies.org/movies/babestoyland/

A killer Nazi-created elf:
Elves

A very wookie Christmas:
The Star Wars Holiday Special

And some not reviewed here:

Santa's Slay
Santa and the Ice Cream Bunny

Hardware
Not a Christmas movie, of course, but the characters keep making pretentious references to it being "Christmas Time"...

I always want watch "Silent Night, Deadly Night" but Netflix and Redbox don't have it and since video stores are a thing of the past, I guess I'll have to buy the damn DVD! Netflix should put "Black Christmas" and "New Years Evil" in the Watch Instantly streaming section this time of year. I think they intentionally don't do it. Only new movies should be be sent by mail, any thing over five years old should ALWAYS be streaming. This what I pay $8 a month for, to see an old movie that I just to thought about at 2 o'clock in the morning. Then to find out they have it but it's not streaming annoys me. I will then order the movie and wait two or three days and when I get it I'm not in the mood to watch it anymore!

I've been wanting to see that one for a while now! I think the dvd is a cut version though.
