You know which one gets my vote!!! Got a copy of the DVD for Christmas!
I only saw one of the movies on that list, and I didn't like it. :bouncegiggle:
YAAY!!!!! SUCKER PUNCH is tied for first place! LOL
I like how the only good movie I saw all year in theaters, The Mechanic, is tied for first with all the others which will probably get Oscar nods :bouncegiggle:
Eh, I guess ROTPOTA.
I've only seen "Rise of the Planet of the Apes" and I enjoyed it.
The Tree of Life is a definite for me.
We need some tiebreaking votes here... THE TREE OF LIFE and BRIDESMAIDS are knotted up but everything's in striking distance.
Come on, guys, SUCKER PUNCH needs your help!! Triplanes, zombies, and giant samurai robots alll in one movie with hot babes in schoolgirl uniforms! Along with some serious existentialist philosophizing! How can you not love that??
Somebody should come in and break the tie between BRIDESMAIDS and TREE OF LIFE before the poll closes in 24 hours.

If no one votes for either, it would be the first time we ever have two best movie winners. That be kind of interesting.

it is.
Poll's closed for me.
I would probably pick Tree of Life for being the most insanely ambitious movie in recent history.
That would be the case if I hadn't seen Tintin. That movie was just great. I loved it.
Yeah, voting was extremely light compared to past years.
If we count Mofo's vote for TINTIN late, then we have a three way tie between TREE OF LIFE, BRIDESMAIDS and TINTIN.
I would have voted, but I was MIA for the holidays to Michigan and didn't get on the Internet even once for about 11 days.

What would you have voted for?
I was out of town for New Year's also, and I'd vote TINTIN.
I've heard good things about others that I have not seen. All in all, I think 2011 was not a bad year for movies (compared to some).
I only saw one film on the list so it wouldn't be fair to vote.
I call shenanigans on this poll now! All of a sudden, there were two more votes on the movies Muppets and Tree of Life, which push that film into the winner circle! Some people have committed voter's fraud and I demand that this injustice be fixed!
Rev. Powell! Who paid you off so they sneak an extra vote?! TELL US! The gulity must pay!

I reopened the poll for voting since so many people said they were out of town for the holidays and couldn't vote. But you should be happy because TINTIN is now tied with TREE OF LIFE.
