Title: Woman pleasures giant ape?

Okay, I know this is sketchy in both description as well as concept, but here we go.

A number of years ago I saw a photo in a book or magazine about schlock movies.  The black and white photo was of a woman squatting over a reclining man or ape, and she was rubbing its extremely large, and I mean large, dong.  The movie may have had an Italian name.  Google searches predictably turn up results for porn.

Can any of my fellow cinephiles shed some light on this?
