I'll stick with my standard 12 gauge rounds. It's all about the accurate head shot, not putting ten rounds into one of those things and hoping you've got enough stopping power.
Besides, mail order service is pretty spotty around here since the apocalypse. :bluesad:
.357 has worked so far, I prefer federal ammo anyway.
Although, when the undead are trying to break into my fortified compound ( single wide trailer in the middle of BFE), I'll use any ammo that will work.
I'd go with FMJ .22LR. Since headshots to the brain kill them, they're slow moving, and I want to be able to carry A LOT of ammo.
