You've heard the phrase, "so bad they're good", how about the ones that are so bad they're great?
Finally watched TROLL 2 with my wife and kids and they're wanting to know of others like it. What a blast of badness that was! I don't know if anything could be as entertaininly awful as that, but do you have suggestions? Maybe '80s movies?
Cheers! to bad movies!

Depending on how old your kids are, you might want to watch them first and see if they're suitable.
The Creeping Terror, Godzilla's Revenge, Hobgoblins, Glen or Glenda, Plan 9 From Outer Space, The Room and Birdemic: Shock and Terror
Squirm
The Night Evelyn Came Out of Her Grave
Dominique Is Dead
THE LOST EMPIRE - not fit for kids, but hilarious!
Same with THE COWBOY KILLER!

Not for the kiddies though
Thanks for the suggestions so far. Some of these I've seen and will probably pass on sharing with the kids (youngest is 13) but I appreciate it anyway!
It's been eons since I've seen Creeping Terror but that was a real stinker! Hobgoblins and Space Mutiny sound "good".
Cheers all!
Redneck Zombies. Below is the trailer, as well as the Tobacco Man scene. I talk to co-star and co-writer Ed Bishop fairly frequently. Ed is seen in the Tobacco Man scene, with the black hat, blue shirt and overalls. The movie is quality. For a bad flick.

Reptillicus (?) deserves mentioning, since it's the only Danish monster and is a puppet.
Gymkata !
The Room and Birdemic have been mentioned, but I want to second them.
Also, Slaughter High, Manos: Hands of Fate, Darktown Strutters, Blood Feak, Chopping Mall, and Taoism Drunkard...
Plus, although many here would disagree, I say you can't go wrong with a Troma flick (meaning one that they actually produced, not just distributed).

Attack of the 50ft. Woman......a terrible but fun film.
Robot Jox is a good one to add to this category. Two angry guys beating the hell out of each other over a background of cheesey plot points, explosions and goofy acting, a random trip into space. Grab some popcorn and put your brain in a jar, it's fun time!

BLOOD OF DRACULA'S CASTLE deserves to be in a museum; astonishingly bad.

OCTAMAN should similarly be preserved....

Honestly I couldn't sit through "Blood of Dracula's Castle" again. I was hoping it would go from boring ridiculous like "Manos: The Hands of Fate." But it just bored me all the way through.

The movie didn't bore me...in fact I laughed quite a lot. However, that was in my mind the worse Dracula I'd ever seen. What a wimp!
The only Dracula's I like are Bela Lugosi and Christopher Lee.

Agreed, although vampires overall, I'd add the name Jonathan Frid, Barnabas Collins.

The two very best,in my opinion....however I have a lot of affection for the Frank Langella version.

For my money-I think Lugosi was the best (of course, being a Lugoiphile,I would),but Max Shreck is the ugliest.

I've been searching for a copy of this....something so wretched should be preserved for posteriors.

So we watched HOBGOBLINS last night. Sheesh. Thanks a lot.
:tongueout:
Oh well. One to the next one! Space Mutiny.
And I'll add GLEN OR GLENDA to this list.
