I'm sure this is an easy one, as it was a pretty big release. I just can't think of cast members or the name of the movie. There was an early 80's flick about people who did jousting tournaments on motorcycles. I know somebody's gotta get this one pretty quickly.
Sounds like Deathsport (1978). Or perhaps even more likely it could be Knightriders (1981).
