Looks great, although, I cant figure out how Nick Fury became Black? :teddyr:
On my short list, there's 4:
The Avengers
Dark Knight Rises
Amazing Spider-Man
Dark Shadows.
Someone asked when Nick Fury became black: in the Marvel Comics continuity, I believe they're basing the current movies off of the 'Ultimate' Marvel books, in which changes are made to the characters. There's Ultimate Nick Fury, who's been black at least eight years. Plus, the writers were fans of Jackson, and based the look on him.
Ended up casting him in time for Iron Man, and are basing the films on 'Ultimate' Avengers, Iron Man...etc.
Dark Knight Rises
as for the rest if I see something that I think is good in a commercial I'll check it out
I hope I see a lot of T&A at the beach, that's what I hope.

I like Jackson, he should have been Captain Americas 'Falcon', but, Nick Fury was not Black, it's a bit condescending. BTW, I saw it Saturday night it was great, ggo see it whe it comes out. :)

Fury's been black for a while now, sir.
Originally, yes, he was white. Now he's black. For a decade.

Well, I'm not your sir and second, the original character was white since his WW 2 origin story in the 60's up until the Ultimates. He's still white in many Marvel comics till right now. They also made Spiderman black in the Ultimates in the latest issue while Peter Parker is still white in the regular series. It comes off as condescending to me and I'm a huge Marvel Fan. I mean they can't create new characters or revive old ones who happen to be black, of course, the Hulk is Green in the movie while he's Red in the comic, go figure?

The Red Hulk is actually General Ross. Not Bruce Banner.

and I was wondering why Frank81 quit the forum. Now I know
I'm a comic book geek who is honor bound to see any and all comic related movies, so obviously I wanna see "Avengers," "Dark Knight Rises" and "Amazing Spider-Man." Ridley Scott's "Prometheus" looks great as well.
However, I haven't set foot in a movie theater since 2007 and don't plan on doing so again anytime soon, so whenever I do see these films, they'll be on DVD.
So far this summer I've seen:
The Avengers- loved it.
Dark Shadows- enjoyed it for what it was.
That's My Boy- hilarious film
Ted- hated it
The Amazing Spider-Man- enjoyed many aspects of the film except the overall development of The Lizard character. Although from the looks of it, there's gonna be a sequel, potentially with him involved...
