Haven't seen it, as it's not out here yet but the trailer looks pretty spiffy, plus Jeremy Renner is a certified badass.
Rotten Tomatoes gives it only a 54% from critics and a 61% from audiences.
My favorite comment from a critic is: "The 'Curse of the Pink Panther' of Jason Bourne films."
I don't want to see it just from the trailer. It assaulted my goddamn eardrums with the lowest bass possible in the theater. I swear everyone was plugging their ears (Myself included). When you over look something like EAR KILLING S**TTY DUBSTEP that tells me a lot of other mistakes are to be made. Especially in the sound department. I don't expect John Williams.
Saw it on the theatres. Not a bad film. It has a better story than Bourne #3 (which IMHO had none) and Renner is an adequate replacement to Matt Damon. However, the action is not as good as in the previous films. It's actually decent while it doesn't try to outdo its predecesors, but the final chase scene was neverending.

I have been noticing that more and more pre movie trailers feel the need to include a ridiculous dubstep soundtrack. Just another reason not to go to the theaters I guess. Anyways everyone I know who saw this film said it was an unneeded addition to the series, so I stayed away.
