In your opinions, what's the single most disgusting film scene ever created?
The infamous "lawnmower" scene in Dead Alive was pretty over the top. I should be able to name many more but ehhhh....good topic though!

I first saw that film at a midnight screening in london ontario. I joined ost of the crowd laughing out loud at that scene. Good memories.
Divine eating dog poo has to be amongst the grossest. Probably The Human Centipede as that concept seems truly gross.
The scene in Summer School in which the class tries to gross out Mr. Shoop's replacement.

I didn't mind human centipede that much, apparently the sequal is a lot worse.
The last 20 or so minutes of "A Serbian Film" goes about as far as I have ever seen a movie go in terms of all out depravity. The excellent quality of the film really adds to the disgust.
Human Centipede 2 has p**sing blood, s**t in mouth, and even kills a baby! Pretty gross but kind of a dud of a film.
Any Cannibal ____ movie that features real animals being killed is pretty gross to me.
High Tension has some truly effective gore especially in the first thirty or so minutes.
I haven't watched it but from what I've heard described I would say "Salo, 120 days of sodom" might beat out all these choices.
The PINK FLAMINGOS scene is still the grossest, because it's not faked.
Maybe not the most disturbing scene (even in PF, the chicken scene was worse), but definitely the grossest---for my money it will always be the most nauseating and disgusting scene outside of fetish porn.

Definately agree there, Fulci. It's such a well made film in all regards that the subject matter really hits you twice as hard. I think if it was given the August Underground pseudo-snuff treatment it wouldn't have the same impact. I was thinking of naming the "baby scene", but I don't really think it's
gross as it is disturbing and messed up.
Edit: most of Lamberto Bava's Demons is pretty
gross-gross, if you know what I'm sayin'.

Salo didn't really phase me either, neither did Cannibal Ferox. Maybe I'm un-phaseable. Pink Flamingos is officially on the list now though after years of consideration.
Oh there's too many to list. Rape/revenge films and torture porn would feature heavily...
Divine and dog poo is one thing, but the above kind of gets to me in a much more 'disturbing' way. Certainly in terms of gross out factor rather than 'disturbing' the Divine scene is high on the list/topping it off hand.
One that won't make a proper list, but was pretty funny in a horrifying/disgusting way is the end scene of Killer Joe. I won't mention what happens other than to say it was an interesting use of a chicken drumstick...
Bucky Larson -- the entire thing
The opening credits of The Crimson Rivers: yuck ~ I had a mouthful of pizza when I realized just what the camera was panning over. :buggedout:
The Poo Cocktail Supreme in Jackass 3D: liquified, weightless #2 in 3D. :buggedout: :buggedout:
The big guy on the toilet in Dreamcatcher: urgh :buggedout: :buggedout:
And how could I forget the purging scene in City of the Living Dead? :buggedout: :buggedout:
If I remember correctly, there is a scene in House 4 where an evil little business man with a puking problem, pukes into a tube that drains into a glass and makes another bad guy drink it. I don't know if they actually show it all because I always close my eyes during this part.
Ain't no poop eatin' but it's still pretty gross.
The stabbing / orgasm scene in NEKROMANTIK certainly deserves consideration.
The one that always gets me is the severed head givin' the blonde girl some head in "Re-Animator"
The eye slitting scene in Un Chien Andalou All of this talk with poo is amateur to compare to eye slitting.

That's a good one---I guess it depends on how you interpret "gross." To me when I hear "gross" I think of something nauseating/disgusting rather than disturbing/shocking.

Andrew started a topic years ago about some movie called puke dolls or something. I think I qeued it then got cold feet. It was like "A girl escapes from nunnery and eats her own puke" or something
For me, it's any scene involving the consumption of poop or puke. The Pink Flamingoes scene made me gag but even worse was the puke slurping scene in Bad Taste. That scene actually made me upchuck a little in my mouth. I had to go to the bathrom and spit in the sink. :buggedout:

SLAUGHTERED VOMIT DOLLS?
Lots of puke actually in believe it or not Problem Child 2...there's a gross scene involving a flying soiled diaper in an episode of "Mr. Bean" too.
Well, I don't know if it's the grossest scene of all time, but I have never seen anybody make it through the "custard scene" of Dead Alive unscathed. I've shown it to a lot of people, too.

It's not even the part where the ear falls in, it's the part where the unaware petitioner eats a streamful of bodily fluid.
I've seen all manner of people react to that scene, and it is universal disgust. I actually quite it enjoy it these days.
The pubes & pizza scene in She's All That (1999). Who knew a romantic teen comedy could be that gross?

Jesus! f**k that movie!
There's always the aptly titled PF rip-off GROSS OUT. As a bonus t's also blatantly racist.

More disturbing than out&out gross maybe, but the self-mutilation in ANTICHRIST was pretty messed up.
The Divine Scene is the worst, but close behind is anything from Cannibal Holocaust, take your pick, the raping and clubbing with dido like object, women thru stakes, eating livers, hearts etc.
The fourth movie in the Rambo series. The fight at the end with Rambo at the 50 caliber. He oblierates the driver of the vehicle at point blank range and then starts to shoot the bad guys. Limbs flying, blood going every where. Pretty violent and gross.
Later,
John
Drop Dead Gorgeous (1999) also has a long vomit scene with a group of beauty pageant contestants puking.
