Brand new accounts cannot post links. It's one of the anti-spammer measures.
He just registered today and posted this and then left the site. If he was copy and pasting his post, he might not have noticed the links were removed. We'll have to see if he comes back or if this was just a one-time thing.
Good policy. If he's an actual B-movie website owner, I'd love to check it out. But like as not it's a spammer wanting to sell knockoff Siberian Nikes or something . . . .
