Exotic Turhan Bey (http://www.guardian.co.uk/film/2012/oct/10/turhan-bey), star of many films in the forties including the Universal Horror classics THE MUMMY'S TOMB and THE MAD GHOUL, has passed away at 90. He had retired in the fifties and has worked as a photographer fro the last 60 years. He came out of show biz retirement for a few guest shots on shows like Murder, She Wrote and Babylon 5.
Bey's name was made famous again by Johnny Carson in the 70s as the frequent star of his 'Tea-Time Movie' (usually along with Martha Raye, Doris Day, Danny Kaye, and Fay Wray!).
(To be perfectly honest - I had no idea Bey was still alive!)

Rest in peace, Mr. Bey! I liked him in The Amazing Mr. X.
He also appeared on Babylon 5 as the dying Emperor of the Centauri Republic
