Hi
I know it has been a long time, but you guys seem to be doing fine.
After what seems like an eternity i have finally got the train back on track. I have changed my lifestyle dramatically over the last few months, and it has taken some what of a toll on my health, but i am back and i have been going through some of the older posts. I have a whole lot of news to catch up on.I have recently evaluated my way of life and as i look back i realised i have wasted a lot of time and energy on; s**t. I am now back at university and i have taken control of a lot of wasteful activities that seemed to dominate my life.
Do you guys sometimes look back and think, was it worth doing?
Glad yer back,Macabre.
I look back onna lotta s**t Iv'e done-some horriblly wrong.
Was it worth it?
Yes.
Because I learned from life-and all the pain made me stronger-cuz life is a b***h like that-and it's good to go through bad s**t-it helps you.
Life is defintly NOT a bowl of cherries-if you dont choke on the pits-you learn to watch out for them.
Glad yer back,man.
Welcome back! Usually when I look back on something I did, even when it has a high stupidity level associated with it, I can find something that I learned as a result of making the mistake.
Glad to see you back, Macabre.
Welcome back. I hope this forum isn't one of the bad habits you are trying to break!
Hiya, Mac... yes, its all worth doing : every smelly, sticky, face down, loud, painful, curry/pizza/beer flavored, loving, hating, fun/"FUN", painful, thrilling, elationary (is that word?) and embarassing moment. The only things I regret in life are the ones I was too scared to do, so didn't.
University is a good choice, you can't get anywhere without training in something.
Welcome back

Hi
No Indy, the bad s**t was nothing to do with you guys,it was me,
Thanks for the welcome votes guys,i shall try and spend more time on the site.
I was at the star-trek convention last week and it was great to see the five ship captains together,Avery Brooks is one big guy.
I managed to have a short chat with all of them, i have seen William Shatner a few times but it was a first for the rest of them.
I must admit as a Brit, i was disappointed with Patrick Stewart, he comes across as not being a friendly type of person. I took some really old star-trek items and apart from Stewart, the other captains were really cool about signing. The turnout was incredible and i really enjoyed having a laugh with some of the crowd.
Well, there was that time I traded the family cow for a handful of beans. Magic? Yeah, right. All beans make me fart. Magic, my arse.
It's all part of the journey.
