The giant doodlebugs from Mars are back, and we need to call one of those resourseful, brainy, two-fisted lab boys from 50's (or later) flicks to set things right.
(NOTICE- Dr. Benton Quest, Lt. Commander Scott, and Lt. Commander LaForge are off the table)
I picked 1, 8, and 10, adding in Rhodes Reason, just to be that way.
Other: Laurence Fishburne as Captain Miller in Event Horizon ~ noble, bold and sacrifices himself for his crew.
What, no Rex Reason?
Peter Cushing and Peter Graves. Guess I've got a thing for guys named Peter. Oh jeez that sounds terrible. Forget I even said that.
I loved Cushing in all those old Hammer horror movies, he's got that elegance and seriousness that made those movies really stand out. And Peter Graves was in so much stuff back in the '70s, I grew up with his movies.
I would also call our Andrew who will set things right very quickly.

Could be worse. You could have said you had a thing for Peters.
Not that there's anything wrong with that.
What, no Dick Sargent?
And what about the Pre-Airplane/Police Story Leslie Neilson?
Out of all these I'd have to go with Peter Cushing....I like the class and presense he adds to any film.

And if it's possible,I'm adding an anti-vote for Doug McClure....come on Alan! You've seen "The Land That Time Forgot" and its sequel....that character is too sad to even be funny. :teddyr:
