I saw the trailers for this when it came out, and thought it might be kinda cool. Tonight my girls and I watched it together, and it was pretty AWESOME!
The story of a family suffering alien visitation by "Grays" intent on abducting their son.
Very neat story arc with escalating tensions and creepy visual effects, and excellent character development as well. If you like creepy alien movies, this is definitely a must see!
My wife and I love this show! We've been watching it since it came out and we can't wait for the new season to start up!
Not a series . . . a big-screen movie.
Although the series sounds cool too.
Oh... right... um... yeah...
I was thinking of Falling Skies. Dark Skies... is that the one with... *wanders off to watch a trailer*
Oh YES, I want to see this. Now I need to check rebox. Thanks for the reminder!
I thoroughly enjoyed this movie.
Alot of movies that involve aliens and abductions aren't always up to par, but this definitely had a good chill factor. I didn't think that it was cheesy, and it didn't portray the aliens as they always seem to be portrayed.
Definitely a must see.
Especially while the lights are off. :)
It definitely creeped my daughter out - she was afraid to go outside and feed the dogs when it was over!
I assured her that there were almost certainly, absolutely next to zero Grays out there in the dark waiting for her.
She was not reassured.

LOL! Only Slender men right?
Just watched it and I will agree this is definitely among the better recent horror films I have watched. Creepy while being completely restrained in terms of what they actually show the viewer. I had my reservations with some of the earlier scenes but the finale is truly terrific and ends the film on a great note.
Ok, I finished watching this with my wife. AWESOME movie! I haven't enjoyed an alien movie this much in a while!! It had some really creepy parts that made the movie really intense. Thanks for reminding me about this one Indy!
