I cannot for the life of me remember the title to this movie :hatred:. I loved the effects work and the crazy idea.

Few things have stuck with me but I remember the film involving genetic experiments. The guy runs off to hide in a train yard (?) with a homeless guy and gathers a rag-tag group together to fight back against his lab partner who is either his aunt or his step/mother and calls him something like, "leapling" or "lipling".

Once I read the title I'm most likely going to kick my own butt for not remembering it.

This is almost certainly "Severed Ties" (1992).

Severed Ties, that was it. I don't know why I kept thinking it was Kindred. Thanks :thumbup:
