Title: Searching for name of HBO/Cinemax film from 80's or 90's

It takes place at a large estate/mansion. There are Maids in blue one-piece uniforms with blue carnations on one side of their hair. The Maids have an affair with the young guy, and gardener. There is a strict female manager that wears a old Victorian women's blouses with the collar to chin but has an affair with the gardener at the end of the movie. Also there is a woman guest that has an affair with the young guy.

So is it horror?  Comedy?  Drama?  What genre, please.

 The genre would go under soft porn erotic movies.

I'll throw out YOUNG LADY CHATTERLEY 2 as a possibility.

Some of the maids' uniforms are similar to what you describe.
