I saw the movie about 2-4 years ago but it looked old at that time.

As i can recall it was about a guy ( who i think he was a doctor of some sort or director) who i believe was married and a women who was on some sort of asylum or hospital, the women itself was beautiful but had a weird( very very weird) mouth.

Some scenes i can recall:
- Doctor shows up to the room where she is ( white room as in crazy people hospital), there are nurses giving her a bath i believe then a male nurse ( or a female cant recall ) talks to the doctor and says something that can be resumed as "she's beautiful ... mouth is horrible".
- The doctor brings this women to his house , and at some point on his car they have sexual activities.
- The doctor tries to make her live her life outside that place.

Can't add any more details, would be grateful if someone could help me out on this.

Hi,
this sounds very much like the Masters of Horror episode "Jenifer".
The guys not a doctor but a cop who saves her. He tries to help her and at one point she does indeed eat a cat.
