I cannot remember the name of a childrens film possibly around the 80s I can only remember certain aspects of the movie, a human with a cat face,a girl,a witch,a mirror and an attic can anyone remember this movie it's wrecking my head trying to get the title

the adult with the "cat face". only the child saw that,right? and i believe it may be british?

i'm searching my tapes,i KNOW i have it somewhere....

I cam upon this , but found no adaptions for movies ..

I was thinking just today about a movie with an evil queen who aged rapidly and died trying desperately to reach the fruit from her magic tree.  THANK YOU!
