Just when you thought it was safe, again....

Sharknado was probably my least favorite goofy shark movie. Stones may actually be more exciting lol. I caught the last half of the Bering Sea Gold monster show, that was awful too :bouncegiggle:

Yikes: I see the Cigarette Smoking Man is in the cast too.
When I saw the title "Stonado", my first thought was "a whirlwind of marijuana???"
NO MORE "IT'S A TORNADO AND-" MOVIES! Shrapnel, electricity, dark matter, sharks, bees, water, sand, KILLER WEATHER MOVIES ARE NOT COOL. NO. BAD! :hatred:
We're this close to freaking Thornado: "This time it's an act of god!"

Yes,
Twister (1996) was particularly bad. From the bad physics to the bad acting to the bad soundtrack. Everything about that movie was just annoyingly bad. I rate it a (http://www.badmovies.org/common/skull-cl.gif).

It's bad, but I like it. The bad guys are in black, corporate sponsored, SUV's and the good guys are in beat up pick up trucks, and everybody's intensity is turned up to eleven. It's the TOP GUN of bad weather movies.

I liked it as well....and am one of the few that didn't think it was all that bad.
As for
Stonado,I'll probably check it out.

You and me both. :bouncegiggle:
not that SHARKNADO was the smoothest example of a portmanteau word I've ever seen, but 'STONADO' barely even works. It almost looks like you should pronounce it "STON"-"ADO"

What's next? This, no doubt:

Haha, I'm finding all the hate for "Twister" particularly funny cuz that movie is on AMC right now, my wife has it on in the background as I type this.
I agree, "Twister" is goofy but I can't help but dig it, it's a sentimental favorite of my wife and I. It was the first movie we went to see together on a "real" date back in the day (all together now: "awwwwwww...."). :teddyr:
As for "Stonado," that has gotta be the most awkward title ever. It sounds like it should star Cheech and Chong.
this was the only good thing about Twister imo

I thought Helen Hunt in shorts and a tight top was the best thing about Twister.
... C'mon, I can't be the
only one who thought she was cute... can I?? :buggedout:

Her impressive rack in this movie would have been better served in
Titanic (1997) as a pair of built-in flotation devices. Okay, good point!
Twister (1996) didn't completely suck, but as far as disaster movies go, it rates right up there with
Armageddon (1998) in the believability department; another movie that is better if you're :drink: a lot while watching it!

I was thinking the same thing.
I will have to subject myself to this.
