I am geeking like a madman, the end even had me doing that scrunched-in-a-ball-pumping-your-fists-while-trying-not-to-squeal thing. :tongueout:

I couldn't have said it better.
I am looking forward to this one. Pacific Rim had a multitude of plot holes, but the epic battle in Hong Kong harbor is great fun. Could do with a whole movie like that.

That should be the tag line on the 2014 movie's poster. :bouncegiggle:
Trailer looks great!!
I'm really looking forward to this. The trailer looks suitably epic but as always never shows characters/any basic plots so we'll see [eg Pacific Rim should have just gone and done a ton of fighting instead of all the rubbish humans getting in the way.]
It always seems as if nobody knows how to write good characters or just stick with the destruction. Either give me a good plot with some actual 'care about what's going on moments' or just get it out of the way and give me an hour and a half of some city being levelled.
In any case, Gareth Edwards did a fine job on Monsters. Here's hoping he can again in this!
Can't wait!
(Although I STILL liked the 1998 version)
This looks incredible. I love the atmospheric and apocalyptic tone. This sets the bar high. So I'm really hoping they can top this. That final shot of Godzilla through the cloud of debris was just great.
Man...after seeing the teaser for the first time I wanted to make dirty love with it.

Now that's getting right to the point! Have a drink on me!
I knew about this trailer for a while now...
I WILL BE AT THE THEATERS THE DAY IT COMES OUT! I can't wait, looks great :)

I saw an interview with Bryan Cranston where he said HE was playing the role of Mr G. :teddyr:
