I watched part of a movie years ago, the only scene I remember is a person standing at the end of wooden bridge. Some guy attacked him; he chopped his head off. It grew back to two people. Every body part he chopped off regrows to another full person.

It could have been a made-for-tv movie. It goes back to the mid-90s when I saw it. No idea when it was made.

Does anyone on this forum know what this movie was called?

The 1980s version of She. You are thinking of the scene where one of the heroes meets Xenon.
