Like many forums, our membership is elastic. A few of us stick around for the long haul and watch old members go and new members join.
Many of the newer folks are not familiar with some of the TRULY funny threads that have kept us old-timers in stitches during ages past. So I thought I would create a thread that links to a few of these classics so our newcomers can enjoy the same laughs the rest of us have enjoyed. Here are three to start off with:
http://www.badmovies.org/forum/index.php/topic,125237.0.html (http://www.badmovies.org/forum/index.php/topic,125237.0.html)
featuring the longest, worst pun war EVER!!!
http://www.badmovies.org/forum/index.php/topic,119278.0.html (http://www.badmovies.org/forum/index.php/topic,119278.0.html)
In which a shameless shill gets the tables turned on him!
http://www.badmovies.org/forum/index.php/topic,113359.0.html (http://www.badmovies.org/forum/index.php/topic,113359.0.html)
In which Dr. Menard is reduced to tears!
The Junkfood Horror Fest still gives me laughs every time. it's a shame we haven't had another thread like that since.
It's also surprising considering how many times people have showed up claiming to be "fans" of Full Moon Pictures and posting topics about them.
Mercy, Indy, that brought back memories. I laughed so hard at the Scarlet Fry thread that I gave myself a headache, not unlike the movie itself did, but for darker reasons.
Hey, Scarlet is gonna be in a movie that's in post-production. I hope he (she/it/sh*t) comes back to troll again.

We have a snow day today, so I just re-read the entire Scarlet Fry thread . . . some of our finest work! :bouncegiggle: :bouncegiggle: :bouncegiggle:
Scarlet Fry...that was the s**t.
One of my favs was the omegle ones.

My Dad's special thread: it is included here because Dad enjoyed life and was the most unmorbid person that I have ever known - we had a party on him when he passed, that should tell you what kind of a person he was. :teddyr:

Speaking of odinn7, here's the origin of the squirrel jokes (http://www.badmovies.org/forum/index.php/topic,93644.0.html) you'll sometimes see pop up among older members (before my time, even!)
Speaking of running jokes, I did some board archeology and dug up these: Trevor mentions his underpants for the first time (http://www.badmovies.org/forum/index.php/topic,113772.0.html) and Trevor starts an entire thread about his underpants for the first time (http://www.badmovies.org/forum/index.php/topic,116694.msg169225.html). :tongueout:

I wonder what happened to BrotherOdinn - he last came on here in July 2012 and then never returned.

Something from WyreWizard has to make the Hall of Fame! I think he should be recognized for his entire body of work.
