I am looking for a movie I saw years ago (obviously)
it's about a teen dude that is a talented magic user
the things i remember from the movie is that he is desperate for a condom, a big wall of graffiti in wich he needed to spray the nipples and messes it up
and i believe his car got stolen and when he got it back it was filled with weapons ( the glove box )
