Title: Late 70's Early 80's Claymation Short Musical

I remember back in the early eighties I used to see occasionally a short claymation music video set to the tune of Ray Charles Georgia On My Mind. All I really remember is a claymation Jimmy Carter(former president) looking guy singing and walking around at night looking at the moon who had a female face looking down on him. I have a gut feeling that this wont be that hard for some people and that someone may remember this just as much as I do. I want to say this played on HBO, Showtime, or even PBS late 70's-early to mid 80's.
