Dammit! Its SUNDAY!
Many are at church-Im HERE.
I bought a video called the PUNK ROCK MOVIE in 1983 when I was on Long Island.
My brother Richie-who stuck a gun in his mouth in Febuary-was with me. It was his favorite movie.
I miss my brother.
Good Morning!

AhHHhhh!
I'm here, then I'm going to church.
It's high attendance day. If we can get 50 people there, I will have to eat my dinner on top of the church! :buggedout:
GOOD MORNING INDEED!
RC- have you ever seen Urrrgh a music war?
Good luck to you, RC! Life may be filled with suckfests aplenty but you're one of the most individualistic souls out there, and this place is filled with people who love you. Keep fighting the good fight, man....
This morning I mowed the lawn, tore out the garden, mulched the remains of the plants, pruned the shrubs and the trumpeter, cleaned up all those branches, put our two benches in the garage and took the herb garden it. Oh and we went shopping too.
I'm glad it's finally afternoon now.
Urrrrgghhhh..... back to work.......... :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout: :buggedout:
But I'm busy and that's good.
While at Starbucks, I began the Noir detective novel, SWAN'S LAKE OF DISPAIR. The second chapter took place in a Starbucks.
Good read.

I have a copy of that one. Many good times watching that show.
And thanks to The Cramps, I thought the saying "some things you can't un-see" well before the internet existed and that saying was coined. :)
I have seen URRRGH! A MUSIC WAR! I rented one of those big clumsy movie disc things in 1982-I rented the player too! And BOXCAR BERTHA and the TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE!
I have a laser disk player in my basement. Someone had brought it in to be repaired to my brother in laws store and never picked it up. I randomly knew of place that had tons of them and saw some cool stuff.
I watched Urgh a music war dozens if not hundreds of times. new wave was a lot more varied and colorful than it gets credit for
Dammit! GOOD MORNING!

Don't blame you. Even before I became an atheist I only attended church once after a wedding. I had never been more bored in my life. I needed someone to check my pulse to make sure I hadn't literally died of boredom.
(Sorry to all you churchgoers out there)

A.J. - I am a lifelong churchgoer, but I have sat through some services that match your description pretty well!
Of course, I've also been to some that were among the most exhilarating experiences of my life.
They do vary.
Oh - and GOOD MORNING!!! lol
As kids we siblings absolutely hated going to church on Sundays because our Grandmother made us go and because it was always sooo boring.
So we made up this little game during services called dare you to laugh. In most cases, all it took was a look at each other to set us off, causing hysterical laugh fits you had to hold back. By the time services was over we usually left the church with tears of held-back laughter. Ahh those were the days.
It's 630 am here so, good morning

Top of the morning to you, Mr. Merchant!

Not Jack Kirby, but how about R. Crumb? There is a comic book version of the first book of the Old Testament, "The Book of Genesis," and it features the artwork of R. Crumb. And, I actually liked it, as it made the story of Genesis simpler to understand.
I saw that, but I must admit I just never have cared much for Mr. Crumb's art.
It always makes me feel like I need to take a long, hot shower with lots of soap.
I'm working on a comic book of the Book of Numbers it's called Begat
Goo morning: 7:17 am here in South Africa and it's a Monday: bleurgh :tongueout:

I think curious thoughts-where are the bath tub girls? Are they alive-they must be in their 70's-I'm 52-this is what? 1967? I wonder where the bathtub girls are now. Theres some kinda writing on their shirts-I cant make out what it says-can you? How did the band members keep a straight face with this insane s**t going on? I noticed the lead singer is taken aback when they jump up. I guess ya gotta be an actor-lip syncing is hard work.
