I am probably missing the obvious, but how can I edit a message after posting it?
I found the way to delete a message, but not to edit it... Help?
I'm not sure but maybe you have to hit a certain number of posts first?
You mean that in the top right of the posts you see something more than "Quote" and "Remove"?
Yeah, "modify" shows up between "quote" and "remove". I'm guessing you have to hit a certain number of posts first. Probably a precaution to make it more difficult for spammers to post stuff I suppose.
I see, I hope to reach the point soon since I would like to edit the "track the movies you see" topic and often I notice typos after posting.
just go to a different masseuse next time
ehhh.... what?
I dont think you can edit (modify) when you're new - you need like 100+ posts first - I think.
didn't Andrew say that stops 'spam bots' advertising?
again, I'm not 100% sure about that...
Shouldn't this be in trouble tickets?
Well, if it is a bug it should be. If it meant it should not.
Since I assumed I was missing the obvious I thought it had not to be in the trouble ticket section...
However I am mission how stopping Edits should help against spam bots.
b'sod... "I am missing"

What happens is bots register, post generic responses ("me too!," "lol") then after they get a few posts they insert ad links.
You do need a certain number of posts to edit, I forget how many. Probably 100. You'll get there!
