I once asked it why it was so broken and screwed up.
It apologized and told me it was doing its best. I got a kick out of that. It's a great time waster to ask random questions.

I'm afraid I can't answer many of your questions, but I do have a possible answer for your 2nd question. While there have been many claims as to who invented the original hamburger, one of the claims is for a man named Otto Kause who lived in Hamburg, Germany, at the time of his suppose invention of the hamburger. Thus, from Hamburg, we get hamburger.
