This movie was a Thiller/Horror. A women was captured and taken and put in a barn like room with other women where they are forced to fight to the death. And It Had a Brother and sister that were incestual. I think the year range was from 2001-2010?

Also the Movie is not RAZE.. similar to it but more of a B movie

Sounds like a plot from one of the Alex Cross novels.
