David Lingafelter, 22, was arrested Wednesday in Olympia when authorities discovered him hiding behind a dumpster near a grocery store. Lingafelter was on the run after he held up the Subway, authorities said.
Police said that money bag was tied to the front of the suspect's pants.

Having been born in, lived in, and gone to school in Washington State, the man must have been from Oregon. That sounds like something an Oregonian would do. Of course, since Olympia is the capital of Washington State, maybe the man was one of the politicians in the state. That sounds like something one of the state's politicians would do.
