Much better than the 811 ads we have here in Virginia, which are poorly done anime, despite the amusingly creepy background muzak.
We did have a pretty good anti drunk driving campaign a few years ago, depicting people trying to drive while swimming in cars flooded with beer, then getting pulled over by the cops, & the beer spilling out all over the streets...
The first time you see it, it gets your attention....
If you keep seeing on the local Doppler channel every ten minutes for ten years.... Igh!
