Chelsea Sperry of Fairbanks, Alaska tried to buy stuff from the Castle Megastore adult novelty store with a counterfeit $100 bill. She left the store but the police caught up with her. The smaller baggies, the complaint notes, are "commonly used for the distribution of smaller amounts of heroin and methamphetamine."
