Funny to think he did, yet he's still 35 in the show. Meaning technically he was probably not even born.

Animated show timelines are strange.

Yeah I know.  Lisa's wedding (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lisa's_Wedding) was supposed to be in 2010 but it's 2015 now and she's still in elementary school.
