Title: Mannequin head kills people, and body switch a roo!

I remember seeing a clip where an alien was a body snatcher but it's head/upper body was a mannequin... And it killed people in a wooded area. Any help with this would be great!

It was rather old, 1970's. The movie realistically looked like it cost a couple of thousand dollars to make.

Maybe the '70s Dr. Who episode SPEARHEAD FROM SPACE?
The aliens are mannequins and they do chase people through the woods.
They actually show up in several episodes.
