Some quick and immediate thoughts: I haven't heard of a few of films nominated or ones that performances were nominated for. The theatrical version of Batman v Superman was jumbled but the acting in it wasn't the problem, so I have no idea why it's listed. It saddens me to see Robert DiNiro nominated for worst actor.
I hope one day someone actually does an actual bad film award show to usurp the Razzies instead of the boring "This was slagged off, let's nominate that" cliched piece of s**t this is. I stopped taking the Razzie's seriously when Bucky Larson didn't win anything.
Interesting. Just last week I did a guilty pleasure / worst of 2016 list based on domestic box office performance (minimum: $20m), metacritic & IMDb ratings. Pretty much all razzie nominated movies are on my list.
I suspect that is how they did it as well :teddyr:
I have not seen any of those, thank God.

Me neither. From what I read Gods of Egypt has a high level of so bad so good qualities so I might check that one out.
Ghostbusters! this is the biggest cinematic dissapointment in years for me! I knew it was bad before I watched it, but nothing could prepare me! one of the most hyped movies of the year. This movie had a whole industry promoting it, telling us that its so modern. It had a social movement behind it, telling us that if we didnt like it, its because we are chauvinists. Even the original cast came out to convince us that it really is a good movie, we just need to give it a chance and be open minded. Well, we gave it a chance, and you know what? It was F'N horrible! Im razzing as I write this! Razzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

Except for Lex Luthor. The acting for Lex Luthor was some of the worst I've seen in a long time.
While I didn't exactly set the cinema alight for me I did mostly enjoy Batman Vs Superman, same with Suicide Squad (if I could get a version with Will Smith removed I think it would be a lot better).
I also have to agree that Ghostbusters was terrible though. I just sat there straight faced through the whole thing with neither a smile or a frown as it failed to engage me on any level.
I liked Ghostbusters, and thought Will Smith did a good job in Suicide Squad, buyt I could not STAND Batman vs Superman.
They trimmed down the nominations

I'm glad they removed BLAIR WITCH. I thought it was pretty good!
Of course, I liked LONDON HAS FALLEN, too.
I would have given Ghostbusters a nod - or a knee to the cojones - in each category. That said, I liked TMNT2 Out of The Shadows a lot. :teddyr:
As I looked through the finalists I forgot that some of movies which performances and the films themselves are nominated for even existed.
I do find it interesting that there seems to be something of a rift between what the Razzie judges and the regular movie going public thought of Collateral Beauty. Rotten Tomatoes giving it a 12% rating while IMDB has it at 6.6/10.
Is it bad that I have seen NONE of the Oscar nominees, but watched MOST of the Razzie nominees?

Misconduct (Lionsgate Premiere)
few thoughts:
The director's cut of Dawn of Justice is far superior to the chopped up version the studio cut to s**t.
Who is The Barry L. Bumstead, and why does he have an award named after him?
What's Misconduct?
How come Ghostbusters wasn't nominated for anything?
Why do the Razzie Awards exsist, they just s**t on what's popular to hate and not the worst movie?
It angers me because if done right this could be funny and maybe somewhat reputable and maybe end up on TV -- instead they just throw darts at the movies that were panned for the winners, or so it seems.
