It's a quasi sequel to the Walter Hill film, Streets of Fire, and was shot in like 2008 but has had a rather torturous road to a real release and finishing up some green screening work. I've seen mixed reviews, but if you want to give it a go, $9.99 at link above.
This may be Pyun's second to last feature, as his road to finishing Interstellar Civil War has been torturous due to his ongoing battle with dementia.

Albert Pyun retired from filmmaking due to multiple sclerosis, not dementia. Unless there's something else that has recently emerged??

I don't know if it's recent or not, but he calls it dementia himself on Facebook. However, I know sometimes MS brain damage is called a type of dementia, so it may just be interchangeable use of terms. It's pretty unfortunate though - he has mentioned for example he has zero memories of making Radioactive Dreams.
