I just read that there is a sign up at the restaurant stating that non-customers will be charged for using the toilets. Obviously the complainant can't read. :question:
At this morning's rate (1 South African Rand = 0.073456 USD) that's $1.47 each to use the facilities.
I've been to places in Italy and Turkey where it was at least that much to use the bathroom.
