Another delay from a certain US car company on the new vehicle I want to get.
I told the sales person at the dealer I've been working with that it's not the dealer's fault, but I'm about at the point of walking away and going to a competitor just to make the point that the car company needs to take customer retention seriously.
It appears that your business is not important to them. If it were, they would offer you something for your trouble. Nobody values the customer anymore.
