I miss Raffine. Smart gentleman with an extensive knowledge of crappy movies, and a virtuoso on the oboe.

A very cool fellow who used to haunt this forum. He had a rather unique sense of humor, as happily twisted as Flangepart's. He had a nice earthiness about him that made him one of the nicest folks on the site.

Okay, there are a lot of nice people here, but you know what I mean.

His posts were popping up further and further between, then, one day, they stopped. We don't know why. There were rumors that he had taken up with Scarlet Fry, and that on long, lonely nights, you could hear the two of them singing, off-key of course,

"Sometimes I feel like a motherless child
Sometimes I feel like a motherless child
Sometimes I feel like a motherless child
A long ways from home
A long ways from home
True believer
A long ways from home
A long ways from home,"

as they drove through the night in Scarlet's rusted-out AMC Gremlin.

Raffine also lives in the city where City Of The Living Dead was filmed.  :buggedout:
