Title: Most underrated movie i saw in 2017
Post by: Svengoolie 3 on December 24, 2017, 06:58:25 PM
It was released on 2016 but I saw it in 2017 when I bought the DVD. "Batman return of the caped crusaders."

This was a tribute to the Adam west batman series and made with respect and love for the classic show.  I found it to be very faithful and respectful o the source. It was a tribute, not a mockery, and I found it well done. It really was a continuation of the series.

One gripe: the penguin didn't have his trademark cigarette and long holder. Damn modern intolerance....

SKINS, the shocking, NSFW/WTF Spanish black comedy about deformed people whose lives intersect. Buried on Netflix, almost no one saw or reviewed it (except Doggett, who hated it).

Trevor.
If you are interested in cannibals and/or westerns, then you might be interested in 1999's Ravenous. Another film dealing with cannibalism in the Old West.

It Comes at Night

In this a post-apocalyptic nightmare-and-a-half, the horrors of humanity, the strain of chaotic emotions pent up in the name of survival, bleed out through wary eyes and weathered hands.

TREASURES FROM THE WRECK OF THE UNBELIEVABLE (2017) had 2 reviews on imdb. It's  a documentary about a group of
archaeologists and treasure hunters who find some amazing sculptures at the bottom of the sea from 2000 years ago.
Or is it?
