Too dark this season, no fun, way off course and floundering lost in its own self-authored press that would have us accept it is the greatest thing being made right now. Two episodes, the first and fifth, were good, two okay (two and three), one fell between the cracks (episode four), and one was absolutely terrible (the self-referencing, over-long finale). Compare season four to season one and see what I mean, this series has wandered away from what it was meant to be, and it's probably the fault of Americans, since in British hands it used to be good. I'd give this latest season of Black Mirror a D+.
I've only watched the first two episodes of the entire series. I should probably get back into it.
Especially after seeing this on Twitter:

I love the story, theme, and concept of this series.
I do, too, but I wish it would drift back to what it was in the first two seasons.
