This makes me sad and worried; I work in a hardware store. :(

Thats weird because the hardware store in Lawton has been owned by the Adams for over 100 years!

Thats the name of it too-Adam's Hardware.

Me and Tara Sue lived in the original Adams House- it was built in 1908. I found lots of their old ledgers and saved them for awhile. Along with a bunch of old school books from as far back as 1899. With kids scribbling in them and some of their school papers. I kept them for about 8 years after Tara died. Then I gave them to the Lawton Museum (which is the size of a small classroom).
I kept a few old books from there, though!
