* Comic books (primarily Marvel and DC comics from the 1950s - 1980s)
* Music (primarily from the 1950s - 1980s)
* Reading, but I don't do enough of it. I'm currently working my way through the Easton Press collection of the 100 Greatest Books Ever Written. I've read The Count of Monte Cristo, Les Miserables, Dracula, Frankenstein, Of Mice and Men, Uncle Tom's Cabin, Little Women, Moby Dick, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Animal Farm, Ivanhoe, and others. I'm currently reading David Copperfield. Not sure what will be next. Maybe The Three Musketeers or Brave New World.

* Westmalle Trippel (but I only get to drink it in Belgium . . . I think some stores around here sell it, but I haven't searched hard enough)

"The thought of suicide is a great consolation: by means of it one gets through many a dark night."―Friedrich Nietzsche
It's a paradox but knowing that you have the power to end it all can give you the strength to go on. I suggest getting to a doctor ASAP. There are ways to address your pain that are worth trying first.
I like RC Merchant.
This poem:
Autumn Fires
In the other gardens
And all up the vale,
From the autumn bonfires
See the smoke trail!
Pleasant summer over
And all the summer flowers,
The red fire blazes,
The grey smoke towers.
Sing a song of seasons!
Something bright in all!
Flowers in the summer,
Fires in the fall!
---Robert Louis Stevenson
