I can't say anything else to summarize the story; the title says it all.
So is the guy crazy? Stupid? Smart? A bit of both? Does Microsoft deserve this for forcing upgrades on users?
I doubt it will happen, but I honestly hope he wins the money. Micro$oft needs a reality check and a kick in the ass for the crap they are pulling lately. I don't want any parts of Windows 10 and it's MAJOR privacy issues and forced updates that have a habit of screwing things up. I am in the process of transitioning from Windows 7 to Linux.

I have Windows 10 on my new laptop: very confusing.

Actually I wonder why no one is suing apple for deliberately crippling older I phones thru malware sent to the phone by apple.
i hope the guy wins. if he does, i'm suing to get my vista back!!
