Anderson, who has no legs, was wanted for failure to appear at an Orange County court in 2015 on charges of armed kidnapping, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on a law enforcement officer, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment.
When the officers arrived, Carr told them Anderson was not there. However, one officer had observed through a bedroom window Carr putting the 4-foot-tall Anderson into a "plastic tote." They found Anderson, who surrendered without incident.
