Not a fan of m. Night schamalongadingdong, really haven't liked his works so I'm gonna give this a wide miss.

He is a mixed bag for me, but I loved UNBREAKABLE and SPLIT, so this one is a must see for me.
THE HAPPENING, on the other hand . . . what the heck was that all about????
'Signs' drove me away. Aliens that can be melted by water on a. Planet that's 70% water, with water in the air, aka humidity, grabbibg creatures mostly made of water that can sweat, spit and pxxx water?
SIGNS is a guilty pleasure of mine despite that drastic reality flaw. But every director makes a stinker every now and then.
I also liked THE VILLAGE, so the fact is I have a low entertainment threshold!
But seriously - SPLIT is a good movie.

I actually enjoyed The Last Airbender.
I actually enjoyed
After Earth. It's an old-school sci-fi adventure story, the kind you rarely see made into movies today. Bad points: a Will Smith movie needs more Will Smith, & Jaden Smith tended to slur his words, making him hard to understand.
